Great interview with Orrin Hatch and former Home Depot CEO Bernie Marcus on the impact of the EFCA on the American economy. Juicy bits:
1. Bernie gave a speech to 100 CEOs - only 7 had heard of the EFCA (unbelievable - if there was malpractice for CEOs this would be grounds for it...).
2. EFCA = turns America into France (and not in a good way).
3. Unions spending (read in best Dr. Evil voice) One Billion Dollars to buy a President, some Senators and a bunch of local politicians.
